OUR MISSION: To increase the pride of our city by initiating property improvement programs that include the City of Bluefield, Civic Organizations, Schools, Churches, Residents, and Local Businesses. Together we can make a huge difference in our town by  launching an ongoing cleanup and beautification effort.  The benefits realized will be an increase in property values, more visual curb appeal, and individuals having a true sense of accomplishement.

THE PLAN

Secure A Location For Headquarters: We are currently looking at high visibiity location possibilities where we can operate programs, give information to our residents, methodically organize and designate projects.  

Community Pride Board/Staff: We will need a head director, secretary, treasurer, projects director, publicity director, etc.   

Launch Positive Promotional Campaign:  This would include the press, television, radio, business sponsorships, T-shirts and hats, bumper stickers, billboards, web site, community parade.  Widespread Logo Awareness.

Beginning Projects:  High profile with visibility in areas that will immediately have impact. 

Funding: We are researching the possiblity of grant monies that may be available.  Residual income can be from business sponsorships and web site sponsorships.
